Review of Ojino Sushi from 27 July 2013
First time I have ordered from Ojino Sushi. They messed up my order and delivery came two hours and 15 minutes later when they promised it was going to be delivered before 8pm. Was asked to text them my details as they were too busy to write down my details over the phone. Had to call several times about my order. Be prepared for them to put the phone down on you.?No apology given for the poor service or any compensation. Food came and was not fresh and looked absolutely disgusting, presentation was awful. Customer service was appalling, spoke to the manager Roy and clearly they do not know how to run a business. Will not be ordering from them ever again.
